This recipe was inspired during the summer of
2008 while cruising the BC Inside Passage to Alaska. Grace
Harbour is a popular anchorage spot in Desolation Sound Marine Park.
The Harbour is very well sheltered and provides protection from all
winds and seas. Many cruisers spent as much as a week exploring
the area. The apples, plums and berries in the above recipe were
picked from an abandoned homestead in
Grace Harbour.
